公务员养老保险制度是我国养老保险轨制的重要组成部分，目前我国公务员养老保险制度已经不能良好适应目前养老保险制度的发展形势。一个好的养老保险可以为我国吸收大量人才，让他们在工作中发挥出最大的积极性，而人才是国家建设的根本。公务员的养老保险是指在公务员在退休后,保障退休公务员基本生活必须的一种社会保障。笔者首先对公务员养老保险涉及的相关观念进行了界定,如养老保险、职业年金等。其次对我国公务员养老保险制度的历史沿革进行细化,明晰我国公务员养老保险发展脉络。对我国公务员养老保险的近况进行了总结,。再次,了解当下我国公务员养老保险制度中存在的问题，总结了国外的经验和教训，并就此对我国公务员养老提出建议和对策。最后,笔者在对公务员养老保险制度相关性分析的基础上提出了笔者的一些想法。
