知识经济时代企业对信息收集、分析和管理的能力将给企业发展带来深刻的影响,成功地建设适合企业自身发展的信息系统成为企业发展的竞争力之一,因此,降低信息系统开发风险成为目前研究的热点问题。本文将结构方程模型(Structure Equation Model,SEM)应用于信息系统开发的风险评价过程中,提出了一种基于此的信息系统风险评价模型。
文章首先分析了信息系统开发风险评价的研究现状和存在问题,综述了结构方程模型理论。其次,按照系统论的思想确定了信息系统开发中存在的风险因素,并将它们按照来源的不同,分为“人的因素”、“组织管理因素”和“技术因素”。最后,针对信息系统开发的特点,给出了信息系统风险评价过程,在此基础上引入结构方程模型,构建了信息系统开发风险评价的结构方程模型,对信息系统开发中的风险因素与开发效果间的因果关系进行分析,并根据分析结果将风险因素对信息系统开发效果的影响的显著性进行排序。此研究有利于对那些影响程度显著的风险因素进行事前控制,或者根据组织在这些方面的表现情况来预测信息系统的开发效果。
The efficiency of collecting, analyzing and managing information can have major impact on the development of enterprises in the era of knowledge economy. Successfully developing an information management system which suits the needs of enterprise development has become an important factor for enterprises to compete. In this context, reducing the risks during development of the information system is a hot topic for research. In this paper, Structure Equation Model (SEM) is applied to evaluate the risks during development of the information system. A risk evaluation model based on SEM is proposed.
The paper first analyses the present status and existing problems with regard to information system development. It also summarizes the theory underpinning SEM. Secondly, the paper systematically identifies the risk factors and classifies them as “human”, “organization management”, and “technology” factors in accordance with “sources” of the various factors. Finally, in accordance with the characteristics of information system development, the paper outlines the risk evaluation process during information system development, and introduces SEM to construct the information system development risk evaluation (SEM) model. The SEM model can analyze the causality between risk factors and the development purpose of information system. It can also put in sequence the priority factors that impact the information development system. This study contributes to the advance control of those risk factors which could have major impacts on the information system development, or to predict its outcome based on collecting and analyzing such information.
